- If the Startup India online platform is unable to deliver the services on time and all the details are available on time, a refund is considered.
- Consultancy fees are non-refundable under general circumstances.
- If a customer has paid for a service and later changes their mind and requests a refund, a refund is not considered at this time.
- If a customer's application is pending with the concerned government department, a refund is not processed.
- If a customer requests a refund after 30 days of applying for a service, they will not receive a refund.
- If a customer avails of a service and cancels it within 24 hours, only then can the service be cancelled, and only 50% of the amount can be refunded.
- The company's decision regarding refunds and cancellations is final and binding.
